This would be a legitimate concern, if our MT were the problem.
It is not.
Our MT has proven to easily be capable of standing up to and holding agro on any of the mobs we have been actively raiding, regardless of whether you find him to be skilled or not. This is a non-issue.
Having 24 people trying to better their toons is not a concern either, our toons are some of the finest equipped on the server and are actively bettering themselves.
The concern, as Enviktus has already pointed out is attendance, of which I myself have been somewhat guilty now working Tuesday nights.
Attendance will become better as will recruitment as we march into Veeshans Peak, these are momentary inconveniences, that's all.
Let me say this Rrawyx, I've dealt with a lot of tanks in my time. It is enough to have one well enough equipped to win and show up every raid for roughly 2 years. I for one am very glad Enviktus is here so none of the rest of us are burdened in such a way with an unreliable tank. I only hope that upon the inevitable upswing of this guild he decides to be present for many months more.
I'll say this much, some say Proh as an example is better than Enviktus, and they may be correct. When it is taken into account however that every 4-6 months he is either banned or quits, he has not proven to be reliable enough to be more useful than Enviktus. In my honest opinion I'd rather have Enviktus as a main tank and know that equipment drops are not going to waste.

A family Guild... Well, maybe. There are people in Reckoning I consider to be Real friends. I have chosen to allow them into my private life. I also have game friends, people I play with everyday and have fun. Some of the game friends are in Crimson. It is to my understanding from these friends that Crimson cannot progress without some key players. Reckoning has some of these key players, already exiled, decent gear and level 80 (convenient). However, I feel (and im allowed my opinion, dosent mean im wrong) Reckoning can still progress. It is unfortunate that some people's real life issues have interferred with raid progression, but i see people post all the time that "Real Life Comes First" . Maybe this is one of those times for some. I have told some people that I wanted to be in a great raiding guild that progresses. Then i thought, who cares.... you dont get to keep the shit you get. Dont take it home. You loose it if you dont pay the all mighty Sony their share, but I do however, get to keep my friends. If I leave this game, I still have them. So, I think (my opinion again) If your going to leave, leave. Stop trying to take others with you. Im sure they are capable of making a decision of their own. You can still be friends, play, talk, cyber, whatever shit you do... Just stop being titty babies and do what your gonna do. Either stick it out or get the fuck out. Things aren't always wrapped up in a pretty package and you dont get the last piece of candy, get over it and yourselves. I admit, I got nervous when Vic said he was leaving, wondering if we were even going to be able to raid. But we will if that is his decision, and if not, I'll cross that road then. Until then, Im staying here in Reckoning. Im already tired of the drama!

A maintank who logs in for raids, and raids only. So many items he should be using from instances. I myself had to get Gromann to log in his toon to loot the maidens shoulders, and his nathsar sword (I'm that big of a jerk huh!). No claymore for +5 block. Not even done with epic. I'd rather have a main tank who strives to win and play the game to better him and his guild. Someone who is passionate about their class and gives a fuck (helps a lot more knowing how eq2 works and what classes buff what). Adorning gear the NIGHT you loot an upgrade. Shit like that. You can have your opinions and say whatever you want about me or whatever type of person I am. But I am here to progress and get shit done. I am starting the merge myself into Crimson. Follow if you'd like, or stay and rot. It's obviously not my decision. If you want the best MT, and one of the best offtanks. Plus some very very knowledgeable players (who have raided this content) I'd suggest not flaming me anymore on this board.

I love you and everything, and definitely understand where you are coming from. Don't get me wrong at all. But it all started with a certain amount of people talking to me and saying how frusterated they were. It's basically a dead end. You have made friends in Reckoning, invited them into your personal life yes. Does that mean you won't make any more new friends? Or maybe that one friend that rules them all? Who knows. Point being, it never hurts to try something new. Especially if it has the maximum potential. I'm not trying to recruit obviously. Fuck that. But I have a lot of respect for you and whatever decision you choose I admire it. <3

I will state again; for 3-4 weeks prior to this bullshit. EVER RAID TARGET WE ATTACKED WAS KILLED. Period. My adornments and my time other than raiding are things you claim hold us back. We are the only guild on the server with vials who were about to start real attempts at leviathan.
Those simple facts are probably the reason no one besides vanero droped tag. You're claiming this is for progression as your HURTING the progression of everyone in this guild for your own personal goals. You threw it away on the risk that the majority of the good players here belive in you more than me. The problem is... you can't belive in a liar. Anyone with half a brain who read this thread can see that.
Maximum potential? How many times are idiots on this server gonna try this bullshit before you realize YOU are the ones keeping long term progress from everyone else by causing drama with guild issues instead of helping solve them.
You keep saying your done but your not. So I'm going ot lock the thread. I don't mind letting you have your say, but I'm sick of having to watch the thread and say the same thing over and over.
The info is out there (at least most of it). People can decide what to do. Thats more than most leaders would have ever let happen in a public forum.
This shit needs to end and we need to go back to killing mobs.
