No more than $259 US.
Probably around $230 - 240 will be my guess.

Which Manufacture would u recommend?
In the past I usually been looing at Asus.. However Asus normally one of the higher price one...
Should I go with the over-clocked ones (although I believe the life span of the card would go down faster)? they charging more on the overclocked ones too... |

I would pick EVGA over ASUS personally; espcailly for overclocked cards. Back when the memory on the 7800's took a shit EVGA shipped thousands of cards back and forth to customers for free. That was a specific circumstance obviously, but it least its a positive sign for how they do business.
